Mel’s Nail Co enjoys spending time and pampering every single one of you! As such, we wish that everyone have the opportunity to make an appointment.

Please be aware that when you forget, cancel or reschedule your appointment without notice, we miss the opportunity to service another client. We are often unable to accommodate clients on our waiting lists due to limited openings.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by contacting us a minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel.

Repeated rescheduling or cancelling without 24 hour notice, will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your next booking.

All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their booking.
